Working on the integrated communications for a town centre regeneration project which culminated in one weeks' footfall in just one day as the centre reopened after two years' redevelopment; being shortlisted for a number of awards (including Birmingham Young Professional of the Year) within just three years of starting my career; being invited to become deputy chair of the Birmingham Future community development committee.
