Measuring and managing your reputation in the 21st century
When: Tuesday, 30 November 2010

Where: City Inn, Brindley Place, Birmingham

You are invited to join us for a look into insider tips on measuring and managing your reputation in the 21st century with members and guests of the West Midlands Women in Business Association (WiBA).

Held at City Inn, Brindley Place, Rebecca Sloan of Kinetic Communications will shed light on how complex reputation has become as well as how many guiding principles remain unchanged.

Rebecca said: “reputation is about everything you say, everything you do and everything others say about you. Measuring and managing it can seem a daunting task but it’s not impossible. It’s important to be honest about your findings. Use them as a benchmark for what you should stop, keep and start doing in order to improve your reputation. Reputation is the one thing that will make or break you as a person or a business.”

Merran Sewell, chair of WiBA, said: “people come to WIBA to meet new people and make contacts as well as to benefit from a range of training sessions. This look into corporate reputation is typical of the sort of sessions we run. Tough business times have made it more important than ever to manage your reputation effectively – whether as an organisation or as an individual. This session will offer some great insights on how we can take control and make the most of it.”

WiBA is a networking organisation which aims to help women achieve their full professional and/or personal potential. It was established in 1990.
