The ability to be patient with the 30 Cubs in my pack. It is hugely frustrating but immensely rewarding seeing them develop their skills and confidence and doing stuff they would not be allowed to do in school!
What flicks my switch?
Standing at the summit of Kilimanjaro takes some beating. Being outdoors - preferably on water - is fantastic.
